With over three decades of experience across Asia Pacific, I have had the privilege of partnering with leading multinational corporations to drive business transformation, cultivate high-performing teams, and scale effective leadership.

By employing an “outside-in” and “future-back” perspective, we enable organizations and leadership teams to anticipate external trends, evolving stakeholder expectations, and emerging challenges which I integrate to help teams double their positive impact, develop future-ready leaders, and build organizational resilience.

My adaptability and flexibility have been honed through extensive roles in organizational development and strategic HR leadership since 1994.  Based in Singapore and having worked throughout the region, I bring cross-cultural sensitivity and a holistic perspective to my engagements.  

My industry experience is diverse, spanning Technology, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering & Contracting, Pulp & Paper, Specialty Chemicals, Consulting, and Electrotechnical sectors.
