At IBM, she led Learning & Development for a business across nine countries, coached global talent, and chaired the Ethnic Diversity Forum, earning awards for resolving complex people challenges on major outsourcing deals.

Christine is a Certified CTI Coach (CPCC)  since 2007, and a masterful facilitator of tools like Points of You®, iMA Strategies®, Conversational Intelligence®, and Business Model You®, helping employees and leaders alike anchor their value to the organisation and grow strategically with confidence.
