Christine Alexander-Smith is a visionary force in leadership development, blending over 30 years of corporate experience with creative, experiential coaching to spark transformation across industries and cultures. Her journey spans IT, STEM, Banking, Telecoms, and Retail, with senior roles at IBM, HP, Vodafone, and Siemens Nixdorf. At IBM, she led Learning & Development for a business across nine countries, coached global talent, and chaired the Ethnic Diversity Forum, earning awards for resolving complex people challenges on major outsourcing deals.

Christine is a Certified CTI Coach (CPCC)  since 2007, and a masterful facilitator of tools like Points of You®, iMA Strategies®, Conversational Intelligence®, and Business Model You®, helping employees and leaders alike anchor their value to the organisation and grow strategically with confidence. Her emotionally generous, strategically sharp approach helps leaders design their professional identities, elevate team cohesion, and lead with integrity, kindness, and clarity.
